Star chef cooks for Olympic athletes
Amandine Chaignot, who runs the restaurant Café de Luce, was one of the star chefs designing the menu for the Olympic village. She didn’t want hamburgers or pizzas in the dining hall—only croissants with snails and other truly French dishes. Report for the Swedish daily newspaper Göteborgs-Posten.
